JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, who has assisted this Court after going through the case diary.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 371 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and others is that they have killed the father-in-law of the informant after pouring acid upon him.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except for suspicion, nothing has come against the petitioner to connect him with the crime.
6. Learned APP for the State also submits that, in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53551 of 2025(4) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 the case diary, no incriminating material has come against the petitioner of him being involved in the alleged crime.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 371 of 2024.
