It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has applied for grant of arms license in the year 2020 but the same is still pending. 3.

In view of the above, the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari is directed to take a decision on the pending application dated 16.03.2020 filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
