=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-03-2017 The writ application directed against cancellation of Public Distribution Licence granted to the petitioner, was disposed of by the learned Single Bench on 8th of March, 2010 granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order of cancellation of licence passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer.

In the show-cause filed, it has been pointed out that the appeal filed has been decided on 23rd of April, 2011. Thus, the order passed by the learned Single Bench stands complied with.
