2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 30(a) / 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 360 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from a while colour Creta car and two persons including this petitioner were arrested on spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle and has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2025 and claims clean antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise - II, Siwan in connection with Siwan Excise P.S. Case No. 276 of 2025.
