2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Andhrathadi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023 instituted under Sections 272, 273 of IPC and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 5 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the back side of the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has been implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor or place where the seized liquor has been recovered. The recovery is made from an open place.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Andhrathadi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
