The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2012 registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 11783 of 2013, 14242 of 2013, 23277 of 2015, 17678 of 2016, 12816 of 2016 and 43394 of 2016, as contained in Annexure-2 and 3 series of the bail application.

Taking into consideration the above facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24700 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VII, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2012 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
