Perused the office note, from which it transpires that this revision application has stood dismissed as against Opposite Party Nos. 2, 5, 7 to 10 and 12. It further transpires that MJC No. 970 of 2007 filed for restoration of this revision application against the aforesaid Opposite parties has also been dismissed. From the record it appears that Opposite party Nos. 2, 5, 7 to 10 and 12 have been impleaded as defendant-opposite parties, whereas the plaintiff No. 2 is the petitioner in this revision application. In the back drop as above mentioned, proceeding further in this revision application may result in inconsistent orders after dismissal of this revision application against the aforesaid opposite parties. As such, this revision application is dismissed as incompetent.
