JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 08-08-2019 Pursuant to an order passed by this Court in M.J.C. No. 3426 of 2015, an advertisement was issued asking for applications to be filled-up for preparation of panel of such persons who were desirous of being appointed on Class-IV post.

2. The name of the petitioner appeared in all lists, but his name does find mention in the final list.

3. It is also to be noted that the life of the list so prepared is only for a year. However, the petitioner is entitled to know as to why his name has not figured in the final/composite list.

4. A representation has also been filed by the petitioner in this regard before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur seeking information as to why his name has been excluded from the final/composite list, which representation has not yet been responded to.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterates that the petitioner needs to know the reason for his exclusion from the list, even if it will not fetch him any employment in near future.

6. Under the aforesaid circumstance, if the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur within a period of three weeks from today, the concerned respondent shall intimate the petitioner the reason for his non-inclusion in the panel which has been prepared for the purposes of appointment on Class-IV post. Such intimation shall be given to the petitioner within a

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
