Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 386 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from a godown with which petitioner has no concern. Petitioner has been apprehended merely on suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal history and is in custody since 18.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4166 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 386 of 2016.
