This application is directed against the order dated 08.03.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No.119 of 2012 by the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Katihar, dismissing the aforesaid criminal revision of the petitioner, affirming the order dated 16.08.2012 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Katihar, in Case No.P 127 of 2012, refusing to initiate the proceeding under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the opposite party nos.4 and 5.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28330 of 2013 dt.04-03-2016 2/2 On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein calling for interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of this Court.
