Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the cheque was sent to the FSL for verification of signature on the cheque and from the report of FSL it appears that there is interpolation in the cheque and further submission is that apart from the above fact the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount if some reasonable time is allowed to the petitioner. Heard learned APP.

In the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to petitioner to surrender and pray

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51900 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 for regular bail on the above two grounds on which learned court below will verify the submission that there is interpolation in the cheque and also consider the submission that petitioner is ready to pay the amount if some reasonable time is granted to him and pass appropriate order, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
