2. This is the second attempt of the appellant to approach before this Court for bail. Earlier, vide a detailed order dated 16.12.2021 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4146 of 2021, the prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected.

3. Vide order dated 15.09.2023, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 20.09.2023 has been sent by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Patna. In his report, the learned Judge has, inter alia, stated that the trial may be concluded within three months.

4. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3526 of 2022(5) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 to enlarge the appellant on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby once again rejected.

5. The learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months.

6. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
