Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015 registered under Sections- 272, 273 & 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47F of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concerned with the alleged recovery. Seizure list do not contain the signature of the petitioner or his family members. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4217 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.
