Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances regarding payment of honorarium for the period April, 2022 to December, 2023, by approaching the District Magistrate, Gopalganj and Civil Surgeon-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Gopalganj. 3.
