The informant alleged that the petitioner borrowed Rs. 6 lacs for marriage of his daughter and the petitioner issued three cheques, but the petitioner did not pay any amount. It is submitted that the agreement is brought on record (Annexure-2) and it does not bear the signature of any witness. No period for returning the money is mentioned.
