This application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 26.07.2012 in Case No. 542 of 2012, whereunder the S.D.M., Nawada initiated the proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. to make the rule absolute against both parties in which the petitioner was the member of the second party.

The life span of order passed under Section 144 Cr.P.C. is only 60 days in the prohibiting in nature. As such, the life span of

Moreover, on going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is hereby dismissed.
