The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder whereas some others are named in the F.I.R. Submission is that during investigation, supervisory authority suspected involvement of the petitioner in the crime alleged and the petitioner was booked and is in custody since 05.05.2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the lack of material for the purpose of consideration of the prayer for bail, let the petitioner, above

No.53733 of 2019(5) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Tr. No. 2595 of 2017 arising out of Laukaria P.S. Case No. 28 of 2006, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
