The petitioner seeks bail in Jankinagar P.S. case No. 118 of 2016 under Section 25(1-B) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended the petitioner and Munna Kumar and from the possession of petitioner one loaded country made pistol and mobile were recovered.

It is submitted that for recovery of one loaded country made pistol the petitioner is in jail since 04.09.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Divya Prakash, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea in Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016.
