2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 31.01.2019, in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 04 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 04 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Court below as the impugned order dated 30.06.2021 has already been assailed in Cr. Misc. No. 47290 of 2021.
