The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363/376/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure3), has categorically stated that she has left the house out of her own sweat will and thereafter, married with this petitioner in a temple and now, she wants to live with him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58725 of 2022(7) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Sitamarhi (as per statement made in supplementary affidavit) in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
