The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner is of cutting the throat of the informant with knife, in the background of dispute over non-payment of loan amount by the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, that, both, the petitioner and the informant, are students. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6634 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 Considering the nature of accusation and injury caused, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 356 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
