For issuance of appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, to the concerned State-Respondents to vacate the encroached land which has been illegally encroached by the Private Respondent No.8 which is concerned with the land of Ram Janki Temple built and situated adjacent to it for a long time.

(B) For taking appropriate action against the concerned respondents no.6 the Circle Officer, Benipur,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12744 of 2023(3) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 District-Darbhanga who has been continuously violating the orders of the concerned higher officers relating to vacate the land after removal of illegal encroachment.

(C) For order/direction to the respondent no.2, the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga Division for disposal of the pending Land Dispute Appeal No. 13/2022."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Darbhanga for redressal of his grievances to the extent of enforcement of the order dated 12.05.2022, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Benipur, Darbhanga, considering the letter dated 24.03.2023, written by the Circle Officer, Benipur to the District Magistrate, Darbhanga. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off.
