====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019 registered under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379, 147, 148 and 149 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner, as per the first information report, is that the petitioner along with other coaccused persons reached near private bus stand when the informant had to start his bus from counter no. 1, the same was objected thereupon by the staff of Shiv Ganga Bus and other coaccused persons along with petitioner came with danda, rod, farsa, started to abuse the informant and on objection one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55619 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/3 Sandeep Yadav assaulted with Farsa near the neck of the informant from back side, other accused persons including the petitioner snatched Rs. 8000/- from the pocket of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and is having no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel further submits that the allegation of assault is upon other coaccused persons and no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner in the first information report. The allegation which has been alleged against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons snatched a sum of Rs. 8000/- from the informant.

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that there is a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of snatching of Rs. 8000/- from the informant, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
