Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2017 in connection with Tr. No. 43 of 2015 arising out of Mushahari P.S. Case No. 176 of 2013 registered under Sections 376/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6, 8, 10, 17, 18, 21 of POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. In fact, specific allegation is against co-accused, Sunil Kumar. Final form in this case has been submitted. The petitioner is in custody for the last one year.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like
