Sri Jitendra Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard Smt. Nivedita Nirvikar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Two petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 304, 341, 323, 448, 379 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that much prior to filing of the present case from the petitioners' side itself an FIR was lodged and as a counter blast the present case has been lodged.
Besides hearing, I have gone through the FIR. After
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6756 of 2018(2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 going through the FIR, I am of the opinion that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
