2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased but from the materials collected during investigation, it has come that the deceased, the petitioner and one co-accused met with an accident while riding a motorcycle on the day of Chhath Puja and during course of treatment, the deceased died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in jail since 24.05.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the deceased died in a motorcycle accident, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024.
