A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of Opposite Party No. 2, bringing on record the order, dated 24.03.2015, passed, by the Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, in compliance of this Court's order, dated 04.12.2014, passed in CWJC No. 18019 of 2010, violation of which has been complained of, in the present contempt application.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order has been passed without going

Patna High Court MJC No.2513 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, merely on the ground of delay.

I have perused the order passed in compliance of this Court's order, dated 04.12.2014. It cannot be said that the order has been passed in breach of this Court's order, thereby constituting contempt of Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order passed by the Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, it is always open to him to challenge its correctness before appropriate forum in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
