2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 200 litres country made liquor has been recovered from a sack.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and they have falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

No.58267 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that huge quantity of liquor has been recovered. It is further submitted that Petitioner No. 1 has got four criminal antecedents of similar nature and Petitioner No. 2 has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation, huge quantity of liquor that has been recovered and criminal antecedents of petitioners of similar nature, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
