The Petitioners seek bail in Nawhatta P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner No. 2 and the informant are own brothers. Petitioner No. 1 is son of petitioner No. 2. It is alleged that petitioner No. 2 gave knife blow to the informant. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against petitioner No. 1.

The injury report has been annexed as Annexure-2, wherein the doctor has found simple injury.

Let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Nawhatta P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
