Patna High Court CR. REV. No.14 of 2017 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 Court, Saran at Chapra in Maintenance Case No. 59 of 2011 whereby the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for recalling O.P.W.1 (O.P. No. 2 in the present petition) for further cross-examination has been rejected.

From the perusal of the order impugned, it appears that O.P.W.1 was fully cross-examined and the request of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that the purpose of such an application is only to linger the proceedings. No good ground has been made out by the learned counsel for the petitioner to interfere with the order impugned.
