2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is an accused of committing theft of a motorcycle. The stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 07.03.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
