JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 155 of 2016 registered under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner with submission that petitioner is named in the FIR. There is specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5455 of 2017 (5) dt.10-05-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
