The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2019 in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No.206 of 2018, Special Case No.7011/2018 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries of wine were made from the house which is in joint possession of the petitioner and other family members. The petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedents. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
