2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 419, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with the other accused persons after hatching a conspiracy in a pre-planned manner, impersonated a woman and succeeded in executing the sale deed for the land of the informant illegally.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that this is a case of civil dispute and the

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the informant has been cheated by the accused persons including the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
