31-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 13.
The petitioner, in the present writ petition, has prayed for directing for cancellation of appointment of respondent no. 8, who was appointed as Secretary to Gram Katchary, Bakari in place of petitioner. It has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that such appointment was a tenure appointment only for a specified period of five years.
After expiry of five years, the Court is of the opinion
Patna High Court CWJC No.8100 of 2008 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 that no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition stands dismissed.
