This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Barari P.S. Case No.401 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No.148 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Considering the fact that it is a case of double murder and trial is going on, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
