2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of iron rod. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
