The present application has been filed for quashing of the order 14.01.2013, passed by the learned CJM, Patna, whereby the process has been directed to be issued in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.22/2012 after cognizance being taken under sections 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that now the charges have been framed, hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to raise all the contentions at the appropriate stage of proceeding.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23600 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2017 Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
