Petitioner along with co-accused, Rakesh Sharma and Shashi Kumar were apprehended along with SUMO Vehicle wherein diesel having been kept in jerkins as well as pipe of different measurements while having been confined by the local villagers. Furthermore, it has been alleged that these persons used to siphon diesel from vehicle having parked nearabout stealthily. Petitioner, as is evident from Para-3 of the petition, has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 04.04.2016, Accordingly, petitioner, Md. Azad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
