The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.188 of 2016 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 105 pouches, each containing 200 ml. country made liquor, beneath the chowki of the room of the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 09.02.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17552 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No.188 of 2016.
