2. The petitioner is in custody since 4.4.2016 in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner being the mother-in-law of the deceased has been falsely implicated as on the day immediately before the institution of the present F.I.R., another F.I.R. had been instituted by the informant himself in connection with Rampur P.S. U.D Case No. 02 of 2016 wherein it was stated that all the in-laws of the deceased were present, but he did not raise suspicion against any of them.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24828 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016.
