JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 342, 323, 504, 325, 379, 448, 308, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

In the written report, it is alleged that the petitioner took out revolver and gave threat to fire. The said revolver was snatched by wife of the informant.

Learned A.P.P. has stated that from the injury report as mentioned in paragraphs 29, 30 and 31 of the case diary, it appears that none of the injury was found on any vital part of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4369 of 2017 (3) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 body.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghaty (Gaya) in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
