JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 185 of 2019, CIS No. 185 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.06.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 18.75 litres of foreign liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
