The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2016 in connection with Sasaram Nagar (Model) P.S. Case No. 942 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner, is in custody since 19.08.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19724 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Nagar (Model) P.S. Case No. 942 of 2016.
