This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhargama P.S. Case No.129 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 328, 302, 201, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is brother-in-law (Bahnoi) of the husband of the deceased and he is in custody since 20.07.2022. Considering the relationship of the petitioner with deceased and also considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.
