Patna High Court LPA No.461 of 2016 (5) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 28-06-2017 The writ petition in question was disposed of in the light of the order passed on 15.1.2014 in CWJC No. 17899 of 2012 and we are informed that against the aforesaid order the matter went to the Supreme Court which was remanded back to the High Court. The review petition was filed and the order passed in CWJC No. 17899 of 2012 and various other cases have undergone various stages and various directions have been issued. In view of the subsequent development and considering the fact that none is appearing for the appellants after its filing in the year 2016, we see no any reason to grant indulgence after the review order passed in CWJC No. 17899 of 2012 and other cases. In case any benefit is to be granted to the petitioner, he would be entitled to the said benefit and nothing more.
