The present case has been lodged under various sections of Arms Act and Section 13 of U.A.P. Act but according to prosecution case itself, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
