The Petitioners seek bail in Jankinagar P.S. Case No.136 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 364-A/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that brother of the informant was kidnapped by Diwakar Yadav while he was going on motorcycle. Statement of brother of the informant, Pankaj Kumar Ravi @ Pintu Yadav was recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C., wherein, he has not taken name of these petitioners. It is mentioned in the petition that they are in custody since 13.10.2016 having no criminal antecedents.

Case No.136 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
