2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308(5) and 111(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, a demand of ransom of Rs. 50,00,000/- was made to the informant by one gangster, Shanker Yadav who also threatened the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be apparent from the FIR that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and no specific allegation has been levelled against him, rather the specific allegation is against Shanker Yadav. He further submits that the petitioner was arrested after three days suspecting his involvement in the offence as he was found in the house of Shanker Yadav. He next submits that various similarly

No.53357 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 26.05.2025, 28.05.2025, 06.05.2025 and 20.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22928 of 2025, Cr. Misc. No. 34281 of 2025, Cr. Misc. No. 27096 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 31130 of 2025 respectively (Annexure-P/2 series). He lastly submits that petitioner carries antecedent of one case, however, he is on bail in the said case and he is in custody since 21.12.2024.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, however, vehemently opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and further considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate / successor Court, in connection with Salmari P.S.
