JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-08-2019 The kind of relief prayed for in the present application is not maintainable, as the regulation of the University does not permit re-evaluation. It is admitted at the Bar that against particular question, petitioner was assigned '0' marks. The Court does not find any merit in such submission as the evaluation was done by the expert and there is no material available on record to find fault with the evaluation warranting re-evaluation.

Considering the aforesaid, the present writ application stands dismissed.
